Пудрата за лице обикновено се използва в комбина с фондьотена, за да придаде завършек, който обичайно не може да бъде постигнат само с носене на течен продукт за изравняване на тена. От друга страна пудрата би трябвало чувствително да удължи "живота" на фондьотена върху лицето и в известна степен да редуцира естественото омазняване на кожата на лицето. Този бърз преговор не ви го предлагам, защото се съмнявам че знаете как да използвате козметични продукти, а за да напомня, че всеки козметичен продукт може да бъде използван по-различно от популярната му употреба. Аз, например, използвам пудра самостоятелно първо защото не обичам усещането на плътен фондьотен, а и не искам кожата на лицето ми да е прекалено "перфектна" и да прикривам всеки един неин мъничък недостатък. Пудрата отлично ме задоволява като самостоятелен продукт, който да сложа, колкото да не съм без нищо, иначе гримът ми като цяло ще изглежда недовършен. С цялото това словоизлияние исках просто да кажа, че когато аз търся пудра за лице, искам от нея да е по-скоро покривни (колкото покривна може да е една пудра), да не е прекалено "брашняна", защото този ефект си личи особено много, когато не се носи фондьотен и да се усеща леко на лицето. Face powder is normally the perfect combo with foundation, because it adds a finish that make the whole look complete and that cannot be achieved with wearing a liquid formula only. In addition, face powder's job is to prolong the "life" of the foundation on your face and to reduce the sebum on your face (or at least make it less visible throughout the day). 

This quick face powder revision is not provided to you because of the fact I think you don't know nothing about this type of makeup product, but because of the fact that I think every makeup product can be used a bit more diferently than its initial purpose. For example, I am using face powder on its own, because I don't like the heavy feel of foundation and how hard it is for me to find the perfect color match, at least with what I can find on the local market. On another hand, I really don't want my skin to look way too flawless, 2-dimentional and not natural at all. The "au-naturel" look is my kind of look when it comes to the base and skin color corection and powder is all I usually need in order to make my whole look complete. Because of that I tend to bet on a bit more pigmented face powders that don't feel to chalky. Have I found what I am looking for in Seventeen Stay Time Pressed Powder? Let's see!

Съвсем кратичко за опаковката - знаете че Seventeen се позиционира като бранд с много ниски цени и някаква върховна презентация не може да се очаква. Да, опаковката е направена от много тънка и очевидно евтина пластмаса и да, това не е много добра идея за продукт пудра, който обикновено се наранява и начупва много лесно. От друга страна, още не се е начупила моята пудра, нито опаковката е наранена, а я ползвам интензивно. Пудрата не идва с допълнителен апликатор за нанасяне.

Четох, че през 2014, когато е лансирана тази пудра, тя се е предлагала само в два нюанса, но аз съм почти сигурна, че началото на тази година, когато я купувах от Boots се предлагаше в повече и все пак не впечатляващо разнообразие, но което мен ме интересува - достатъчно светъл нюанс като за мен. Да, в Англия се предлагат достатъчно светли цветове на всичко, което много ми липсва тук в България, но пък особености на отличителните черти на всяка народност, какво да се прави.

И понеже това ревю това ревю вече започна да става доста дълго, а за да сме откровени - пудрата определено не е най-вълнуващият продукт в козметични арсенал, ще се опитам да съм кратка и ясна :) Пудрата е доста фино пресована, което придава много натурален завършек на лицето и не се усеща тежко, нито е брашняна. При повторно нанасяне по-късно през деня, тази лекота позволява лицето да не става "cakey". При взимане с четка се праши малко, но нищо извънредно и неприятно. Матира в много умерена степен, така че ако кожата ви се омазнява доста, точно този продукт няма да ви свърши много работа. По-късно през деня ще се наложи да си напудрите нослетата повторно, защото не е особено дълготрайна. Покритието е много леко, не може да покрие пъпчици, зачервяване и пигментация, но пък изравнява тена по доста естествен начин, като е напълно матова и няма отразяващи частици.

В заключение - добра пудра ако търсите нещо бюджетно.

To be honest - the packaging is really cheap and doesn't look that sturdy at all. Which is a bed sign, because face powders are known to break easily because of how finely milled they are, however I haven't expereinced such issues and accidents with mine, at least till now, regardless the fact I use it intensively. After all, considering the price of Seventeen products, you cannot expect a really impressive presentation, right? Simplicity and semi-sturdiness is winning for me with this one! You don't get an additional sponge applicator with this one, which doesn't bothers me, because I never end up using these.

When I have read about the lanching of this face tan correcting line by Seventee in 2014, I noticed that people share that this product is offered in only two shades. However, when I purchased mine at Boots in the beginning of the year, I am pretty sure there were more than two options offered, but don't take my word for granthed, I could be wrong. However, it is important to notice that there is still not an impressive variety of color options, but at least this is a face powder and you don't need a perfect match as it is with foundations. Mine is in the lightest shade and works good for me. Yep, UK is actually heaven for pale and fair complections, something that cannot be said for the Bulgaria market, unfortunately.

With that being said, let's dive into the basics - texture, effect and so on. Let's be honest, face powder is not the most exciting product a blogger can do a post about, but still it is a neccessity for me personally and for many other people. Seventeen Stay Time is a well-milled and fine powder, which contributes to its natural finish and help you avoid the chalky effect. When you re-apply it later in the day, it doesn't makes your face and makeup look cakey. By taking the product with a brush it gets a bit dusty, but nothing really that bothering. The product is definitely nor highly mattifying, however it manages to control the sebium for the first couple of hours, then you need to re-apply it, because it is not that long-lasting either. Probably not the best option for people with oily skin, however. The pigmentation is really light and airy, it won't help you hide spots, pimples, irritations and redness as well as hyperpigmentation, but it still manages to add an even and uniform look to the face and clear out the skin. This is a completely matt powder that doesn't contain shimmers and won't do other color-corecting tricks, a good, old and trustworthy formula.

In conclusion, I find Seventeen Stay Time Pressed Powder a good budget-friendly option, but there are better products of this type on the market.
